Say Goodbye to Whining Video Series
13 sessions on DVD with a Leaders Guide that contains handouts for notes
and questions for group discussion
Honor change the way children relate. Obedience gets the job done but honor deals
with how the job is done. Sessions teach what honor is and many practical ways
to live it out. Honor changes how we think, how we act, and how we treat one
another. Honor teaches kids to treat others as special, do more than what's expected,
and have a good attitude. Three of the sessions focus specifically on sibling
conflict, one on honor and teens, and one on honoring others outside the home.
An children's program called "The Kids Honor Club" is included
that complements what the parents are learning. Learn
more.

Everyday Parents CAN Raise Extraordinary Kids Video
Series
8 sessions on DVD with a Leaders Guide that contains handouts for notes,
questions for group discussion, and supplemental information on the conscience
to deepen one's understanding of this important biblical concept
These sessions teach about helping kids become internally motivated rather than
waiting for adults to tell them what to do. The conscience is described with
Bible references to illuminate how the conscience can motivate a person to do
what's right, deal with wrongs, be honest, and care about others. Twenty-one
practical parenting strategies are woven into these sessions, ending with a framework
to create a plan for change in 30 days. Homework pages are included to help parents
interact with this material at home. An optional children's program called "Hero
Training Camp" is available to complement what the parents are learning. Learn
more.

Parenting is Heart Work Book Study
The Parenting is Heart Work book takes biblical references to the heart
and describes nine functions of the heart. Then this knowledge is applied to
parenting. Parents will gain practical strategies to address the hearts of their
kids. Sections of this book include correction ideas, understanding what children
treasure and how to adjust it, how to take advantage of the will that God placed
in your child, and how to connect emotionally to soften the heart and make it
teachable. Questions at the end of the book correspond to each chapter and walk
a group through this study. Learn more.

Say Goodbye to Whining Book Study
The Say Goodbye to Whining book is also known as the "honor book." Family
life and relationships are evaluated and then strengthened by understanding what
honor is in very practical terms. Honor changes people. It changes how we think,
how we act, and how we treat one another. Honor teaches kids to treat others
as special, do more than what's expected, and have a good attitude. Questions
are included at the end of each chapter for group discussion. Eight Family Together
Time activities are at the end of the book to help you incorporate honor in
your family. Learn more.

Good and Angry Book Study
The Good and Angry book talks about seven things that make parents angry
and then offers character-based plans to help kids grow. We know that often parents
get angry because kids are doing the wrong thing. We say that anger is good for
identifying problems, but not good for solving them. Just getting angry with
kids is not enough. Parents need a plan to build character in their children.
This book addresses following instructions, responding to correction, accepting
no as an answer, lying, and several more problems that lead to parental anger.
There's even a chapter on bitterness and forgiveness for the parent who is dealing
with hurt from the past. Each chapter ends with discussion questions, additional
Scripture verses, and an activity to do with your kids. Learn more.
