Good and Angry Book Study
The Good and Angry book talks about seven things that make parents angry and then offers character-based plans to help kids grow. We know that often parents get angry because kids are doing the wrong thing. We say that anger is good for identifying problems, but not good for solving them. Just getting angry with kids is not enough. Parents need a plan to build character in their children. This book addresses following instructions, responding to correction, accepting no as an answer, lying, and several more problems that lead to parental anger. There's even a chapter on bitterness and forgiveness for the parent who is dealing with hurt from the past. Each chapter ends with discussion questions, additional Scripture verses, and an activity to do with your kids. Learn more.
