Heart Work Church Kit
The Heart Work Church Kit contains foundational teaching for every family. Learn what a heart-based approach to parenting is all about and why it’s more effective than simple reward and punishment. Family routines that build character in children with every interaction are included for instructions and correction. One session addresses accepting no as an answer and another teaches an heart-based approach to dealing with bad attitudes. Eight session in all to fill out your parenting toolbox.
This video series covers the same material as the Parenting is Heart Work Training Manual and Audio Sessions, but it’s done in an onstage presentation. The Leaders Guide has handouts for attendees that include an outline for taking notes, discussion questions, and take home activities to do with children. The Treasure Hunters Children Curriculum is not included but can be added. This curriculum is for children ages 3-12 and corresponds lesson by lesson with the DVDs to give children a vision for the changes their parents will be making. Each lesson in this kit contains 35 minutes of teaching and then opportunity for discussion and prayer in a 60-90 minute meeting time.
